A cookie is a small piece of data stored by your web browser on your computer or mobile device. We use cookies to prevent cross-site forgery attacks and maintain a secure log-in session.

Our Service Providers. We employ service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in operating the Site or providing our services. Stripe. Siege uses Stripe to process online payments.

Plaid. Siege uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your investments from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Siege the right for read-only access to your investments information via Plaid. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance in accordance with the financial institution and the Plaid end user privacy policy. Siege will never retrieve, store, or sell any of your PII information. When you have synced your financial institution with Plaid, Siege has read-only access to the information (the security and the quantity, i.e. "MSFT, 40 shares") in the investment account. Never at any time will Siege have access to account numbers, login credentials of the financial institution or any other sensitive data.

Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, and Court. We may disclose Personal Information at the request of law enforcement or government agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process to establish, protect, or exercise our rights or to defend against a legal claim or as otherwise required or allowed by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any other person. We may also disclose Personal Information to investigate or prevent a violation by you of any contractual or other relationship with us or your illegal or harmful activity.

How We Protect the Confidentiality of Personal Information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards that comply with the accepted industry practice to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Information. Examples of how we protect your Personal Information include:

Keeping and maintain all Personal Information in strict confidence, using such degree of care as is appropriate to avoid unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure;

We are located in, and the Services are hosted and provided from, the United States of America.
